Godella is een dorp ingeklemd tussen Rocafort en Burjassot. Het is tegenwoordig meer een uitbreiding van de stad Valencia naar het noordwesten.
Het ligt aan de metrolijn richting Betera en heeft enkele van de duurste buurten in Valencia door de Campolivar etstae waar veel privéscholen staan. Op slechts 8 km van Valencia wordt het beschouwd als een uitstekende plek om naar de stad te pendelen, maar het oude dorp heeft een eigen cultuur, inclusief een aantal extreme vuurwerkshows tijdens de fiestas.
